i think it started rather innocent for me. because i took it and hated the high feeling but then i grew to like it and i noticed i took it to destress then i started taking it when i was bored. i immediately stopped but then around 5-6 months ago...idk..i started. all the way til now where ill take/drink just about anything edible.
