sorry to hear how tough things are for you right now. Sounds very similar to what has been going on in my life for the past 3 months. My 6yo was put back into care then after my hubby and I split and she didn't cope too well. She has several medical problems, including having had aa stroke and brain injury, and these factors have contributed GREATLY to her severe behavioural problems. The day before she went back into care I had chairs etc thrown at me, and she smashed her bedroom window... My 2nd daughter has had her own probs incl. being blind in 1 eye. Both girls have been dvptly delayed but no2 is catching up very quickly now. So yeah, I have 2 special needs chn and so much politics going on too. I really understand whwere you are right now. Myhouse is SOOO unclean I am horrified but coz of being so emotionally/ mentally drained by all this stuff I keep putting it off for another day. I do try to do 1 bit of houseework each day tho. Today I tidied up all the books and junk that had made it onto the sofa. A small thing but it adds to the total picture of a clean house . Sorry I've done nothing but ramble... but sometimes it helps to know that there is someone else 'out there' who is in a very similar position to you.
Take care, and just look after yourself during this quiet period, Sometimes doing that can make the whole situation SO much more managable, or at least it helps make you feel a little bit better.
