having voices in your head could be normal or it could be any number of problems both mental or physical. your treatment providers (therapist, medical doctor, psychiatrist...) are the only ones that can tell you whether your voices are DID or not.

before my alters were integrated I head voices.. depending upon the situation, my health,and other symptoms my treatment providers called them symptoms from ...bipolar disorder, psychosis, dehydration, poor diet, and dissociative issues, along with hallucinations and in some situations perfectly normal.

to find out what these voices are in you, my suggestion is contact your treatment providers. they can help you figure it out and get you treated for them.
