I need to make a grocery list because I am starting a diet which will consist of wraps instead of sandwiches or burgers, and lower fat and sugar.
I tried a flatbread sandwich from Subway. OMG they are SO GOOD!!! and satisfying.
SO I tend to buy things I shouldnt and I want to make a list of good foods that will help me lose weight.
IF you have any ideas please post. I would love to see other people's shopping lists so I can get ideas for mine.
