My husband came home early .. (we have our own business) and normally when that happens - he has not had a good day. But he was fine. He even started supper!

His mood has progressively worsened and now I am walking on egg shells. He has not been "untoward" with me but my poor son is taking the brunt of his mood.

I feel so protective and angry when he takes his mood out of our poor 8 year old son. But if I intervene ....
