Never been in the position (sigh...no pun intended ) to have to fake it. Even if I had been, I'm a guy, so...I don't know I've ever heard of a man faking. :/

I do agree with George though, particularly the bit about communication. lol I do confess a healthy curiosity as to how he wouldn't know you were faking it as well.
