Whether it's a hoax or not doesn't matter to me one way or the other. What I think is that too many people are using "illness" or "disorder" to excuse their lack of respect and thoughtfulness! It's and "excuse", not a reason. It allows them to continue their bad behavior and the shed all responsibility for themselves and their actions.
