Don't be scared. The test is about how you interpret the questions. Sometimes also if the questions happen to pick up on things.
There is a test called Goldberg's depression test. It is designed in the way, that im unlucky enough to score as highly depressed even when I'm well! Sometimes it happens because the test sort of isn't adapted to you as a person.
I get a VERY low Sanity score which means I shouldn't have many problems. But the test misses all the issues I have. I might function fairly normal twice a week maybe. That isn't what I call healthy. Still the test tells me I'm fine. So it can err in that direction as well.
You know what your real issues are. You know yourself if you are depressed or anxious or struggling with other things. Also, doctors are the only who can give you a diagnosis, a test can't.
