I've learnt a new word now: capris

I'm more body conscious/shy now than I've been in former years. I'm not exactly obese, but certainly overweight, and most of all I've got kind of a weird shape. I hate seeing pictures of myself that show more than my face (which is OK, as faces go.) And I no longer like to wear shorts. In Sweden, shorts season is obviously, er, shorter than in Florida for instance - but on the other hand, in May to August you're seen as pretty freakish if you don't peel off as much as possible and expose yourself to the fresh air and sun. I shall just have to be seen as freakish.
