I'm sorry PFM... I know how unsettling this is. It happens to me often. It happened last night actually. It makes me really sleepy during the day, so watch for that. Is there anyway you can get a nap in during the day? I find that my system is more quiet during the daytime hours... I don't know if it's because they're afraid of the dark, or if long periods of time causes more nightmares and causes them chatter more. I also find that sleeping next to my dog helps a lot, especially if I'm touching her physically. So maybe do you have a teddy bear or something that could calm some of the little ones you could sleep with?
