Yeah I remember you quoting Revelations. That's a pretty . . . intense book, if may say so. I like Paul's Epistles to the Corinthians myself, and also the Book of Luke. I'm a bit of a softie, you see
I think this is my favourite verse:
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)

I know you think it's a really bizarre idea, but I don't think so. It sounds like the gist of the beliefs of a lot of faiths. Do you ever read about comparative religion?
