Yes, I understand. When I get TOTALLY stressed out (and many times I don't even KNOW I'm extremely stressed!) I completely forget these things, among many others. My thoughts are racing, thirty million things are going on in my head, and nothing makes any sense. That's when I forget what I was angry about, happy about, upset about, etc. It scares me!! I begin to wonder if I'm in the early stages of Alzheimers!!
But I've been told by the doc that it's stress -- thank God. I THOUGHT so since I've been stressed & depressed all my life. I don't know HOW to live without stress. I wish I did. The only time I didn't feel stress was when I was addicted to Xanax -- and I can't live like that anymore!!! I've been clean for 19 years, and I'm gonna STAY clean!!!
So yeah I know what you mean. Maybe counseling will help de-stress you. IF, that is, what is doing it! Talk to your doctor. He'll know. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
