Why CAN'T you primary doctor help?? Are you on an antidepressant?? Isn't it working? if it's not working, why can't he change the drug to a different one, or UP the dosage?? Or he could add Abilify to your antidepressant -- that worked WONDERS for me when my antidepressant wasn't working!!!
Or can't you take A/D's?? I know some people can't. Can he give you perhaps an anti-anxiety medication? Something like Xanax? That might help. SOMETHING has to work!  Maybe you've tried everything, I don't know -- but seems like something would work for you.
