I try to speak up my mind about anything and it's like I'm insulting their mother. So I believe that unless you say the exact words they expect to hear or whatever pleases them, they will always give you a weird look.

I guess I stopped caring because I just stopped talking to most people.

You shouldnt second guess yourself because that's the one and only true thing there is in life for yourself, you. That's the way I think because in the long run, the one thing/person that will always have/be there for you is you. Sad but true.

And what's the problem with weird and random? Maybe you're just talking to the wrong crowd because I am weird and random myself AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT lol :P

But if you want to be like anybody else, then just listen and pick up pieces of what they say and just pretend you care. It's as simple as that.

Someone: So I traveled to France last year, I am thinking of traveling to Italy this year.
You: How cool! Why Italy, now? (as if you could care any less of them being 2 feet away from you or not)
Someone: Insert random chattery here that I can't be bothered to come up with.
You: That's really interesting, maybe I should travel to Italy too!!!1

Yeah. If you make it about them, they will love you. Most people are that selfish deep down.
