TTUAH, this is the first time I have come across your post. I haven't been able to keep up as of late. Forgive me if I am asking questions that have already been asked...
I was Dx with cPTSD 6 months ago. I suffered tremendously. Since starting talk T, I've been doing better. Some days it is two steps forward, one step back, but ... still moving forward (that is a good direction).
I still suffer and am in lots of pain (triggers), but I have gained tools and coping mechanisms with my T that help me a lot.
Please hang in there. Stay strong. It does get better! (I never in a million years thought I would start making my way up from the bottom of the barrel but I can say that it is possible
