I wish you the best in your trip back home. It can be tough to see those that we love become weak and in such pain. I do recommend taking care of yourself ~ emotionally and physically. If you and your grandfather were close, spend lots of time with him. Just talking, looking at old pictures, asking him Q's about things that he misses. Just keeping him company is precious & those memories won't ever be taken from you. IMO, that's precious.
