First off, I would suggest getting a nutritionist & letting them help you determine what your diet needs to be. It's not healthy being anorexic (not eating) of overeating......& it's definitely NOT healthy using laxitives....it can cause more colon problems than you will every want to deal with because using laxitives, the colon will quit working. I was lucky that I didn't use them long enough to do that kind of damage....stopped in time....but the health issues aren't worth getting into that habit....it's just as unhealthy of habit as restricting or overeating.

Eating a healthy meal that consists of healthy foods will stop you from the excess weight gain......it's still a matter of control....just like anorexia is really a control issue.....but controlling a healthy weight is the most difficult control of all....but the most healthy. Learn the healthy foods to eat......& eat until you feel full.....which for me after dealiing with the anorexia can just be a few bites....but then I have to eat more often during the day.....but the key is eating healthy foods & keeping the moderation as the rule.
