That's just the thing though, you have to have a good attitude when dealing with businesses to get anywheres sometimes

The thing is, noone or no business is infallible. S*** happens, and though it may be grosssss like in this case, a simple call will likely get the solution fixed, and hopefully direct them to find out what happened and correct it!
