I have issues with this as well. I hate how other people JUST do not understand this. People who do not understand things make up thier own explanations and as a result can do more harm by the way they behave towards those that struggle with PTSD. And sometimes people with PTSD are punished too because of IGNORANCE. I hate that so much because it REALLY DOES HURT ME SOMETIMES.

This is when you really have to be extra kind to yourself and I know, it isn't easy. Sigh...sometimes I just wish that I could have the right pamplet to hand to them so they would STOP and give me a break.
