Did some checking on this... here where I live and work if the body is baptized then all with in the body are considered to be baptized..

my pastor says he has heard of this before and he does allow those already baptized to reaffirm their acceptance of their higher power by going through the ceremony again, just like the baptist religion allows those who are already married to reaffirm their vows through going through the marriage ceremony again.

suggestion - contact the one that did your baptism and tell them the situation, if you dont want to disclose the disorder you can honestly say you were so nervous when you got baptized you dont remember it, and you would like to reaffirm your acceptance of your higher power by going through the ceremony again, so that it can be a happy memory for you.
