Hi EJ, sounds like a good move to me, sounds like you are being invalidated all over the place lately. Sorry it's all happening but you are a tough nut. It occurred to me that your computer geek is no different then my old computer geek at my old job. The need for expanding programs, data and usage grew faster then he could and thus we got the attitude. I learned to spend a few minutes talking with him casually whenever possible and then ask questions as needed. Definately and ego thing but I did like the guy.
