Hi. Have you been tested for epilepsy? Epilepsy can cause weird things just as one is falling asleep. Some of the symptoms you describe could be caused by auras.

As for the low grade fevers, could be a signal of an autoimmune problem. I think it might be normal to have a higher temperature after eating. I have been known to be warmer after eating, especially if I had been low on energy because of not eating for a while. This could be a signal of blood sugar issues, e.g., glucose intolerance or diabetes. It could also explain dizziness upon getting up - you are low on blood sugar. Bouts of fatigue are also symptoms of diabetes and glucose intolerance. I presume all those blood tests checked for this, right? Have you had fasting blood tests?
