i need help with finding the best weapons/armor for some of my characters, their attack and defense stats are really low

alena - attack: 371 defense: 195

kiryl - attack: 165 defense: 228

borya - attack: 90 defense: 161

torneko - attack: 240 defense: 198

maya - attack: 129 defense: 164

i really need to boost them all so can anyone tell me where i can find the best weapons/armor for them all? im really eager to get them up to par
