Most of us have very rough days from time to time. And it can be hard to keep going when we have those days.

Days that aren't so miserable are really good ones to put together a list or box of coping skills that make you feel a little good. Fill it up as high as you can!
Then, on your next rough day, you can pick up that list or box to help yourself feel a little better...better still, and so on...until you're in a better state of mind again. It can be tough to start that process, which is why you start on a "pretty good" day. That way you aren't blocked and frustrated!
