I dunno if anything does once it gets started. When I had a wisdom tooth removed a few weeks back the dentist told me that 3 ibuprofen + 1 tylenol works as well as most prescription pain meds. He said the tylenol acts as a... damn whats the word... catalyst(?) for the ibuprofen. But a full blown migraine... I don't know. Got my sympathy.
