There is medication that helps people focus.

If not, my advice would be to try to study in short bursts of time - 20 minutes to a half hour at a time, then take a break. Force yourself to study, then take a five minute break. See if that works - that's what I have to do - I have a very short attention span - and it works for me (I'm a full time psychology student)

Good luck - please post again and let us know how you're doing

Um, the USA does not own a copyright for learning disabilities. Other countries may not diagnose people left and right... but they still recognize this as an issue.

Being bored and restless in a classroom does not mean that you have ADHD. It just means that the subject matter is not engaging to you. It happens. I know this might be controversial here, but I think it would be a mistake for you to write this boredom off as an illness.

THIS. Back in the day when kid hated math, they simly hated math... now they hate it because they must be mentally ill in many cases....

kaalkabir, you seem to dislike the way your profs teach things.... well, the thing is.... yes, there are sucky profesors, but sadly, the best thing you can do is to accomodate and try to follow their way of teaching.

Problem with many people (not all) with so called ADHD or whatnot is that they have never been taught how to study effectivelly. There are several types of learning. Some of us are more visual, some need to hear things... you should try to explore what works best for you. THere are books on how to study... I think that is place to start. If it doesn't work, you may try to consult professionals.
