Thank you all so much.

I did take the kids to the library. Spent the time wishing I could go home and si I was able to read a few books to my little guy and act (I hope!) somewhat normal.

The urge was still strong though. So I called T again when we got home. She called back right away,said she was between sessions, she was there, and would see me Thursday. So I felt a little better.
