I've been there. Usually after I take a shower I feel alot better. That kinda clears the cobwebs out of my head, and I can think better. Or else it tires me out so much, I have to lay down. Either way, you'll probably be able to make up your mind what you want to do. LOL
So my vote is to take a shower. LOL And if you don't want to do ANYTHING -- that's ok too. Just take care of YOU. You're the most important thing right now. God bless. Hugs, Lee
