For future reference...that is a compliment usually. Could have been false flattery in this case but it is not perverted by any means.

If you think he is perverted then I don't understand why you want to be his friend.
I'm still not clear on why you wanted this guy's attention. I know you found him attractive but I'm not sure what you thought was going to happen. I don't know how the decision was made to have his mother along as chaperone but I'm glad that she was there. 18yo guys do not usually have there mom along on dates. And on that line, he is 18...you are 15. 18yo guys should not be hitting on 15yo girls.
