I'm so sorry that your therapist cancelled on you. I know how hurtful that can be. Did she give you a reason for doing this? Do you know when you can see her again if you decide not to go ahead with the video chat.

I sort of agree with wiki in that how can she Justify charging the same for a video chat! I guess she is thinking you get the same amount of time but it is not the same and really it should be a bit less at least, esp as she is the one cancelling on you.

If thinking calmly we could perhaps wonder if there is a very good reason she cannot see you for the session and instead of just canceling she is trying to give another option?

I do understand how upsetting it can be though .
