is there a women's crisis/rape/safe house hot line in your area? Many have references to free support groups for survivors.

Also, I found a 12 step meeting for Adult Children of Alcoholics ( it works for any disfunctional family stuff) to be helpful. They ask like a dollar donation if you have it........ every group is it's own entity. I never could predict which one would work for me til I went and saw who else came.,
