Don't know that I've ever gone four months, but I do get songs stuck in there fairly frequently. Unfortunately they are almost always songs that carry a lot of sad emotion with them, like the two songs that were "our songs" from my last relationship. If they don't drive me crazy enough inside my head, I have to look them up and play them online just to make it worse and twist the knife a little deeper. I hate it, but I can't help it.
