I guess you could label it that way. I see distractions as anything that takes me away from something........I would want any distraction that took me out of my head or took me away from a negative experience. I don't want to be distracted from a positive experience...but then its all about a play on words isn't it.? I get distracted from the movie because I answered the phone and so on...of course with me I'll be darned if I would answer the phone during a good movie!!!
Take care of yourself.........I know Dad recently passed so anything positive now would be a help for a little while!!
