So sorry for your loss.

I'm not exactly sure what I believe, and what opinions I have are just that (and I hope I don't offend anyone) ... in highschool they taught us that energy transfers, it doesn't disappear.. so I think maybe this is the case when we 'die'... we each have energy, some say a life-field.. some may say a soul.. at death I believe it leaves the body, and who knows what form it takes after that or where it goes.. but I personally don't believe we cease to exist.
