Has anyone read this book?
I just bought it and since I have nothing to do today will spend the day reading it.
If anyone else has read it and has any input I'd be interested in hearing it.
I hate this borderline label but the more I read about it the more I have admit it is so me. I'm just starting out with DBT and I really dislike my new therapists. I don't understand why my old T. had to dump me. I hate the whole ****ing messed up situation.
Maybe the book will help...
