Hello there!

Regarding SSRI withdrawal - it depends on the dosage and how long you've been taking it. Also remember that everyone reacts differently. Usually, stopping a med like Lexapro "col turkey" isn't the best way to go - because you're more likely to feel some of these "withdrawal" symptoms (brain "zaps," lightheaded, dizziness, etc.)
