This was a great post. I feel it's nonsense, and another label or DX for something that is just poor behaviour,selfishness,rudeness, etc. just plain old spoiled.
I personally believe it is not a disorder, and it's not Bipolarism either, just another excuse for someone to act the way he or she wishes, and latch onto some written disorder as an excuse or ticket to behave badly.
