Yeah I have the night terrors a lot too.... my husband usually ends up waking me after he hears me calling out for him or screaming - he holds me while I go back to sleep.

But with this particular event I can say that was half asleep and half awake when it started, but then I was fully awake for 5 minutes before I could even get the courage to look out from under neath my covers..... more like PTSD to me.
Then I went back to sleep for another hour after I saw that all was well and that there was no immediate danger.
