I didn't get much of the sleeping time schedule though
02:00am 12:00am 14 hours this one doesn't make much sense, but anyway, if you are sleeping too late that would be the worst, it is never good for your mental health to be going to bed late at night, as well as for your routine and life. I thinking you are doing a lot of good stuff already.
I would add to that
No tv
Make notes on a agenda the things you have to do tomorrow.
Try to organize, call whatever (think about something that you could do, a simple thing that would be helpful, or make you feel good in some way) A little earlier in the night.
Camomile tea
To have a nice book, to follow you up the weeks (i would recommend shantaram)
One of the most important things is to add to your life exercises, ( I don't which one would fit the most for you, but maybe some cool martial arts, or Pilates, or yoga)
One more thing:
This week i'm going to schedule myself an acunpucturist. I think you should do the same, and you can talk about some of your body issues, sleep, I think it will help you.
