This isn't a short term sort of "fix" but it is something that has helped me is local peer support groups. I don't know of any support groups for SI, but there are lots for depression (I looked at your profile) so finding a local peer support group for depression could give you a lot of help. It's a good reason to get out of the house, and to be around some very supportive people.
