I am being careful to not overuse my wrists. For example, I no longer grip the handle bars of my bike as tight. And, I've been stretching everyday. Also, I'm trying an anti-inflammatory med. I think part of the problem is that my arms are weak. So, I am starting some weight lifting but am not using my wrists when doing so. Thanks everyone for your help!
