Sorry to hear about your wrist issues. I, too, suffer from weak wrists and I know how painful it can be.

As far as being on the computer goes, they do make ergonomic keyboards or split keyboards that I find very comfortable and easier on my wrists. They take a little getting used to at first, but once you get used to them you wonder how you ever made it without them. LOL

Also, there are plenty of voice recognition programs you can look into, such as Dragon Speak that can do things for you and you won't have to keyboard as much. That would take a lot off your wrists while you are resting them.
