my therapist is taking maternity leave. we only have a few more sessions. she's been on annual leave and it back next week.

i have no idea how to say goodbye.

i don't do goodbyes well.

i'm scared to see her next week because i've slipped so far back since she's been on annual leave and i know she'll be disappointed.

i don't what to do. i don't want to fall apart.

i've got a card for her which i want to write on but don't know what to say. and i don't know what to say when i see her, next week and during our last appointment. i think i will be a mess, but i don't want to be.

any advice/suggestions would be great...
