I hear you - I lost my job a few years ago for a decline in my work performance - it was shortly after my diagnosis and things just went downhill. My family was without an income for quite awhile. I was able to get unemployment to help keep up a little. If you do get let go, file for unemployment immediately. Most companies will not contest it, but you never know. Good luck and keep us posted.
