I haven't been to one, but it seems like it could be helpful, even 2 yrs post-divorce. You could try a few sessions, and if it is not what you hope for, then don't go anymore. I seem divorce support groups advertised in my area as meeting at churches. I'm not sure about that connection, but that's what I've noticed.
You could also try going to therapy for a while to work on this issue.
