I get really shaky hands sometimes. This happens when I'm using my hands to do fine manipulations. My hands shake worse when I tell myself I have to steady them. The more I think about it, the more shaky it becomes.

Sometimes when I hold a cup to my mouth, my hands shake and the water almost spills if it's full. My hands sometimes shake when I'm writing, it sort of jerks suddenly at times.

Today I was putting together a taco and my hands shook so badly my Mom noticed and I made a mess.

Does anyone else have this shakiness? Am I dying?

I've had shaky hands for a long time now, I don't remember when it started. Could it be a side effect from my meds? I'm on Celexa, Wellbutrin and Risperdal.

Could I have Parkinsons? I'm only 24.

I keep forgetting to bring it up with my doctor because it usually isn't a problem for me, but it gets really annoying sometimes when I do things that require a steady hand.
