Tell your T you're stuck. That could help strike up a conversation to get you out of it. It may not be a bad idea to reduce the frequency, I don't know what you're schedule is like now but twice a month has been perfect for me. Work something out with your T. My T knows that if something comes up he always tries to squeeze me in on an emergency session if it hasn't been two weeks yet. Sometimes I have three sessions a month if things get bad or if I have a breakdown. It has worked out great so far. I think if you feel you have that option for an emergency session you won't feel so hesitant to reduce your frequency in visits. Good luck!
