Once in awhile my T will not answer an email. I usually wait a couple of days then send him a reminder - "Just checking - did you have a chance to read my email from..." and he usually then gets back to me right away. I have an email waiting on him right now - yes it's frustrating, but he already answered one this week and he usually has a one/week limit so I expect we'll discuss it in session on Friday. I'm tempted to throw a hissy over the no response, but on the other hand, we're talking termination so I have a feeling he's letting me handle this non-crisis issue on my own, which is as it should be.
