I've looked up temor and it turns out that some antidepressants like Prozac can cause tremors. Celexa is an SSRI, just like Prozac. Maybe that's what's causing the temor.

If it's caused by diet, shouldn't my hands shake all the time? They only shake when I'm holding them outstretched or doing fine motor tasks. Sometimes my head does a "no-no" movement.

I think it's essential tremor.
