Has anyone had success with Prozac, but have had to keep upping the dosage for it to be effective? I've had to gradually take a higher dose over the course of about 18 - 24 months since I began taking it. It seems like every 5 months or so I've had to go up (20mg to 40mg to 60mg and now at 80mg) for it to be effective. It does seem to work with minimal side effects, but my concern is that it is going to stop working well enough to the point where the maximum recommended dose would have to be surpassed. Thanks.
